Cashew Nuts

More recently, cashews have become popular throughout the world for their delicate flavor and extraordinary health benefits. The cashew nut is a popular snack, and its rich flavor means that it is often eaten on its own, lightly salted or sugared.

Cashew nuts are significant sources of iron (essential for red blood cell function and enzyme activity), magnesium (promotes energy release and bone growth), phosphorus (builds bones and teeth), zinc (essential to digestion and metabolism), and selenium (has important antioxidant properties, thus protecting the body from cancer). These nuts are also good sources of protein. In comparison to other tree nuts, cashew nuts have a lower fat content. They are also, like all other tree nuts, cholesterol-free.

We trade in different grades of cashew nuts which refer to their size in numbers of Cashew nuts per pound: W-240, W-320. 

Black Pepper

Black pepper (Piper nigrum) is cultivated for its fruit, known as a peppercorn, which is usually dried and used as a spice and seasoning. Widely used as a spice around the world, pepper also has limited usage in medicine as a carminative (to relieve flatulence) and as a stimulant of gastric secretions.

Green Cardamom

Elettaria cardamomum, commonly known as green or true cardamom, is a herbaceous, perennial plant in the ginger family, native to southern India. It is the most common of the species whose seeds are used as a spice called cardamom.

Black Cloves

Cloves are the flower buds of the clove tree, an evergreen also known as Syzygium aromaticum. Found in both whole and ground forms, this versatile spice can be used to season pot roasts, add flavor to hot beverages, and bring spicy warmth to cookies and cakes.

Guava

Guava is a fruit cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions. The scientific name of the guava tree is Psidium guajava and it belongs to the myrtle family (Myrtaceae). 

Soya Bean

The soybean or soya bean (Glycine max) is a species of legume native to East Asia, widely grown for its edible bean, which has numerous uses. Traditional unfermented food uses of soybeans include soy milk, from which tofu and tofu skin are made.

Ginger

Ginger is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or ginger, is widely used as a spice and folk medicine. It is a herbaceous perennial which grows annual pseudostems about one meter tall bearing narrow leaf blades

Vannamei Shrimp

Shrimp is one of the world’s most popular shellfish. It provides high-quality rich protein, calcium, and various extractable compounds and minerals for the human body, while low in calories and fat. Lipid of shrimp contains mostly polyunsaturated fatty acids (essential fatty acids).

Rohu Fish

Due to its deliciousness the meat of Rohu is liked very much by the people. The Rohu is one of the most valued fish in Indian major carp. It is accustomed to live with other fishes therefore it is suitable to reared in ponds and reservoirs. It gets 500 gram to 1 kilogram weight in the period of one year rearing. It is considered as the best in taste, flavor appearance and quality so it is sold at high price and priority in the markets.

Roopchand Fish

This roopchand fish is rich in protein and omega acid which is most essential nutrition value for healthy life style. The fresh water fish,  It is quite healthy for the body. Chinese Pomfret / Roopchand is a seawater fish with one single bone. Found in the Atlantic, Indian and Pacific oceans. Pomfrets have flat bodies and deeply forked tails.
